Mohd Izhar Ibrahim
Mohd Izhar Bin Ibrahim is a seasoned engineering and infrastructure professional with over three decades of experience in large-scale development and power generation projects across Malaysia and abroad. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours) from Plymouth University, United Kingdom, and began his distinguished career with the UEM Group of Companies in 1989 as a Construction Manager with Pengurusan Lebuhraya Berhad. Throughout his career, Mohd Izhar has played a pivotal role in landmark national projects, including the North–South Expressway (Southern Region), the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), and Plaza Merdeka, as well as the world-class sports complex that hosted the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Bukit Jalil. With expertise spanning engineering, development, and implementation of power generation stations exceeding 3,000 MW including coal-fired, combined cycle gas turbine, hydroelectric, and solar independent power plants (IPPs) he brings strategic insight and technical excellence to Nova RE Suria. As Managing Director, Mohd Izhar leads with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to sustainable growth, steering the company toward a cleaner and more resilient energy future.

Datuk Norazuwan Bin Aziz is an accomplished entrepreneur with diverse experience across multiple industries, underpinned by a deep passion for renewable energy development. His leadership philosophy centers on sustainability, innovation, and ethical business practices. As a Director of Nova RE Suria Sdn Bhd, he provides strategic oversight and guidance in advancing the company’s mission to deliver sustainable, socially responsible projects that align with global ESG standards. His vision has been instrumental in positioning Nova RE Suria as a catalyst for clean energy transformation in Malaysia, emphasizing solar, hydrogen, and green technology ventures. Datuk Norazuwan’s extensive involvement in infrastructure and renewable energy initiatives reflects his unwavering dedication to building a future where economic progress coexists with environmental stewardship.

With over 33 years of experience in power generation, infrastructure, and commercial strategy, Mohd Fozae Samad leads Nova RE Suria’s commercial division with strategic precision and financial acumen. His distinguished career includes senior positions at Johor Corporation, UEM, Ranhill, and EPE Power, as well as serving as Chief Executive Officer of UMK Business Ventures, where he achieved consistent revenue growth and strengthened corporate assets. His expertise covers feasibility studies, financial modeling, commercial negotiations, fundraising, and corporate strategy, with hands-on experience across renewable energy projects including hydropower and solar farms. At Nova RE Suria, Fozae’s leadership ensures that every project is commercially sound, sustainably managed, and aligned with the company’s long-term mission to deliver responsible, profitable renewable energy solutions.

Norizamshah Zainal
Norizamshah Zainal is a seasoned finance and strategic business leader with over 35 years of experience spanning energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, education, and consulting. With a strong foundation in accounting and corporate finance, he has held senior roles including Group Financial Controller, Executive Director (Finance), and CEO/Principal Consultant, supporting multi-billion-ringgit projects and leading financial modelling, fundraising, restructuring, and project feasibility analysis. His career includes managing major power plant and expressway proposals, driving commercial growth for manufacturing ventures, and strengthening financial operations across diverse organisations. Known for structured financial oversight, commercial acumen, and hands-on leadership, he delivers clear financial direction, supports investment decisions, and guides organisations through expansion, turnaround, and strategic transformation.

Yusuf Izzul Syafiq
Yusuf Izzul Syafiq holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. As the Vice President of Business Development at Nova RE Suria, he plays a vital role in driving new project opportunities, preparing strategic presentations, and managing stakeholder relationships. Yusuf brings valuable experience in commercial feasibility studies, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, bridging the gap between technical innovation and business execution. He has contributed to pioneering initiatives such as Southeast Asia’s first integrated low-carbon silicon-based materials factory, as well as various renewable energy projects across Malaysia. His dynamic leadership and analytical approach embody the next generation of energy innovators advancing Nova RE Suria’s vision for a cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable energy ecosystem.
